Founded in 1992 as Leo Systems and Leo Infotech began with a mission to improve the interaction between ordinary individuals and their computing investments. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise to include both software and hardware troubleshooting, ensuring that we can meet the diverse needs of our clients. By 1995, we evolved into Leo Informatique (LI), broadening our services to include the sales, service, and repair of PCs.

Our team comprises highly qualified field engineers who help us uphold our esteemed reputation. Strategic Location and Efficient Operations

Our office and workshop are strategically located in Byculla (W), conveniently equidistant from Byculla and Mahalaxmi railway stations. This prime location ensures that we can efficiently dispatch engineers and coordinate calls to any part of Mumbai. All major bus routes to the north and south of Mumbai pass through this point, enhancing our operational efficiency and convenience.

To support our field engineers, we have a dedicated call coordinator who manages and directs all field operations. Our team comprises a total of 12 staff members, including one support call coordinator, eight field engineers, and three pick-up and delivery personnel. This robust team structure enables us to respond swiftly to customer needs and maintain a high standard of service.
